As TEMPOE looks to strengthen the security of customer information, we will be implementing the need to enter a CVV number when a customer uses any card for his or her first or ongoing form of payment. Where to find the CVV number
A 3-digit number on the back of your card near your signature.
A 4 digit number on the front, right-hand side of your card that is printed above your card number.
IMPORTANT: When entering INCOME on the application, you must use the customer’s ANNUAL INCOME and NOT monthly income. Using monthly income could impact your customer being approved. Thank You.

When retailers choose to offer the TEMPOE program, the process doesn’t have to be confusing for store associates or for customers. This is why TEMPOE has planned several holiday training sessions this November.
TEMPOE plans to help and prepare associates by providing tips on how to qualify customers, suggesting easy ways to present the program and giving simple answers on how to overcome objections.
We encourage all members of retail staff to attend! However, we understand that an entire team cannot be off the floor at one time, so we have scheduled multiple times from which retailers may choose.

We’re proud to announce the release of our brand new website, the TEMPOE Outlet. You can access this site by logging into Retailer PULSE and looking under the Marketing tab. Inside the TEMPOE Outlet, you can order all of your marketing materials and even create your own customized materials. You’ll find many items that we’ve never offered before, such as our dynamic price tags. Simply plug in the product information and our site will automatically calculate the Take It Home Today price and proper legal disclosures. Then, you can just place our tags on merchandise around your store.
We’ve also started a Marketing Co-Op fund for all of our retailers. That means you’ll earn virtual money for every signed agreement you submit. Your account will be updated monthly and any money earned will be added to your account balance. The more agreements you get signed, the more we’ll add to your account! You can use these funds for any items available in the TEMPOE Outlet. Items in the TEMPOE Outlet are already at a special, highly reduced price, but keep an eye out for closeout sales and promotions, as well.
